The 3-star Seabreeze Motel Old Orchard Beach is set 5 minutes on foot from Veteran's Memorial Park and within 3.9 km of Pine Point Beach. Located a 15-minute drive from Saco Museum, this smoke-free motel features 36 rooms with views of the river.

There is a pool bar on site. Tequila Frogs Local Cantina is located fairly close to the accommodation and serves Mexican food.

The property is situated in the middle of Old Orchard Beach, really close to Old Orchard Street. The hotel offers proximity to such natural sights as Aquaboggan Water Park (4.8 km) and the 117-acre Ferry Beach State Park (4.4 km).
