We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable, giving us a fantastic night's sleep. The bathrooms were spotless and updated, with an extra large soaker tub that the kids loved. The glass enclosed shower was also a highlight. The indoor pool provided a perfect way for the kids to unwind. The on-site valet parking was a major plus, as we were able to explore the city without worrying about our car. The valet service was friendly and fast, making the whole process seamless. The concierge team was outstanding, providing all the support and information we needed during our visit to this vibrant city.
Hard to think of anything.
The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to the mall, museums, waterfront, and iconic landmarks like the Jefferson Memorial and MLK Memorial. The staff were extremely nice, helpful, and always professional. The room was great, and we especially appreciated the wide selection of pillows. The hotel itself was magnificent and beautiful, creating a relaxed atmosphere as soon as we entered the lobby.

The hotel had impressive decor and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was beautiful, very clean, and had a turn-down service in the evening. The doormen were always nice and provided great service, even opening car doors for me when I used Uber. The pool was nice and towels and flavored water were provided.
