The location of this hotel was perfect for me, as I was able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and a variety of venues in the area. Being close to the wharf and boardwalk was convenient for all the activities I wanted to do during my stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Parking was hassle-free and located just a short distance away, making it easy for me to bring my car on my trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process and quick communication.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The staff were amazing, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel was immaculate and well organized, with beautiful and comfortable rooms. The outdoor seating areas were wonderful, and the location was perfect, being within walking distance of the wharf, Boardwalk, and the great Santa Cruz downtown shopping district.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and the staff treated us exceptionally well. The bed was more comfortable than our own at home and the bathroom was spacious and nice. We loved the outdoor court with the gas fire pit and the free snacks throughout the day were a special touch. The location of this hotel was perfect, situated between the beach/boardwalk area and the downtown shops, making it convenient for exploring the city.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was beautifully appointed with clean and tasteful rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown and close to the beach and Boardwalk. The staff were friendly and outgoing, providing excellent suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. Parking was easy and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

There was nothing we didn't like.
