We loved the beautiful decor and the spacious rooms, especially the lovely bathroom and the amazing soaking tub. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the bartenders to the concierge. The location of the hotel was brilliant, right across from the beautiful park with a big lawn and playground. It was also within walking distance to all major attractions, making it so convenient to explore this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was hassle-free, and the courtesy transportation provided made exploring the city easy. The hotel's location, directly across from a lively and beautiful park, was perfect. The bar tenders Michelle, Alton & Nick, as well as all the front desk staff and outside attendants Shawanda, Miesha, and Brian. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the fantastic hotel facilities. The parking was convenient and the transportation options were great. The location on the river was perfect and we enjoyed a drink at the roof top bar. The hat collection was a must-see and the reception and housecleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Kyler and the smiling faces that greeted us at the door and transported us. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was attentive.

This hotel had fantastic cleanliness, excellent hotel facilities, convenient transportation with an on-site taxi/car, and a great location in the historic district. The reception desk staff, especially Yvonne, were warm and welcoming. The hotel is right across the street from the beautiful Forsyth Park, and we loved the enchanting tree house vibe. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were exceptional.
Nothing to complain about at all.
