The staff at this hotel was exceptional, always helpful and friendly. Victor Hugo at the beach made sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with our room being very clean and comfortable. The facilities, including the pools and spa, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The breakfast provided ample choices and the staff was attentive.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff always treated us like royalty, providing excellent service with a smile. The transportation to and from the hotel was safe, affordable, and friendly. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the beach from our room. The restaurants on-site were all beautiful and served delicious food, with our favorites being the Terraza and the Asian restaurant. The breakfast provided was also exceptional. we were constantly pampered and had a fantastic experience.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and welcoming. The service I received was the best I've ever had. The hotel facilities are beautiful, with three amazing swimming pools and a fantastic spa. I loved the daily breakfast delivery to my room and the chocolates they left for me each night. The gym was well-equipped and I enjoyed working out there every day. this was a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay.
Everything I needed and wanted was provided here. Everything was perfect.
