I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful, especially the outside. The bathroom was really nice, and I absolutely loved the shower. The staff was kind and accommodating, making my stay even better. The rooms were VERY clean, and the beds were super comfy with lots of plump pillows. The TV was also awesome, it was a nice big crystal-clear wall model. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was very close to the highway that takes you into downtown. This made it easy for me to explore the city center and also go on hiking excursions in the area. The hotel facilities were great, and I really enjoyed spending time in the common area. The breakfast provided was efficient and sufficient, allowing me to grab and go easily. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

We loved this hotel! It was super clean and had no carpet, which was great. The bathroom products were amazing, with top of the line aromatherapy products and great ingredients. The staff were kind and helpful, and the location was perfect for hiking. We were close to many hiking trails.

We loved the helpful and kind front staff, comfortable beds, and the awesome addition of a desk area and window seat. The huge window provided amazing views of the changing leaves. Additionally, the hotel provided a microwave, fridge, and safe in the room, which were very convenient. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do in this city, including the Asheville attractions and downtown, without the high prices. We also enjoyed the good breakfast with a 24-hour coffee bar and hot options.

The hotel was clean, had great facilities, and convenient parking. The location was close to the center of Asheville and downtown. The staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was satisfying.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and recently updated. It had plenty of space for two people and a very nice bathroom with a walk-in shower and large sink. The location was perfect for our hiking trip as it had easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and everything we needed in this area. We also appreciated the convenience of Uber and the hotel's close proximity to local places and Panera Bread. The staff was wonderful, very pleasant and helpful.
Nothing all excellent! The only minor downside was that the mattress was on the stiffer side, but everything else, including the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking.
