Cleanliness and comfort of the room. Convenient location with easy access to transportation. Helpful and friendly staff. Access to various attractions and dining options.
Nothing that we didn't like.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were fantastic. The gym was great, and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot spa and pool. The location was incredibly convenient, as the hotel was right by the tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The concierge staff did a wonderful job helping me with any questions or requests that I had. Additionally, the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, location. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. The facilities were top-notch, including a small pool and hot tub in a lovely courtyard area. We appreciated the convenience of the kitchenette in our studio apartment, which had everything we needed. The best part was the transportation - there was a trolley stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore this beautiful city. Despite being on a well-traveled route, the location in the gorgeous Garden District was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to this city.
It was all superb.
We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the fact that it had all the facilities we needed. The parking was plentiful and convenient, and we were thrilled to have easy access to transportation with the streetcar right outside the hotel. Being on the edge of the beautiful Garden District was a big plus, as we could explore its historic architecture and enjoy the local bars and eateries.
Can't fault the property in any way.
