The location on Chestnut St and Union St in Pacific Heights area, close to lots of nice restaurants. Cleanliness and comfortable rooms with quality bedlinen. Free parking and easy access to transportation.

The hotel had a great view out our window and was located very near the waterfront and the Golden Gate Bridge. It was also surrounded by lots of bars, shops, and restaurants, making it a convenient location. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were satisfactory. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service.

The front desk staff was fantastic. Check-in was fast and easy. Our room was big, clean, and quiet. The window actually opened, which was a nice touch. The location was great, with restaurants and bars nearby, and it was a short walk to major tourist attractions like Fisherman's Wharf and Chinatown. The hotel was also conveniently located for transportation, with bus stops and trolley car stops close by. It was easy to explore different areas of this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were recently renovated and looked great. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many San Francisco attractions. We also appreciated the free parking available.
