We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and directions. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a clean and well-maintained swimming pool and a small play area for kids. The location was ideal, with direct access to a nearby shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city and getting around easily. The hotel had a wide range of dining options, both within the hotel and nearby. The property itself was typical of the Rotana brand and met our expectations. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They fulfilled all our room preference requests and even allowed us a late check-out. The hotel's breakfast buffet was one of the best we've experienced, with a fantastic variety of delicious food.
